Published Links
Published links are your avenue to use links that have specific permission levels for assets. This enables you to send out shareable links to external clients, collaborators, and those that you may just want to view or comment the asset instead of adding them and adding to your Workspace “Guest” limit.
💡 Published links have an associated permission with them (typically Can View or Can Comment) that can be configured during the creation of the published link
Note: At this time - published links are only available for assets directly
Creating a Public Link
You can easily create a public link for an asset by hitting “Share” → Publish and toggling the publish link and setting the permission level.
When to not use Public Links
If you know that this user will need to edit metadata or you do not want the ability for anyone with the published link to have access - then we recommend adding users directly to the asset itself.
